Many webmasters would agree with me that Vinefire.com had undergone the “hyped” activity. For a short period of time when the website was published on the internet , many webmasters rushed to the website , register and enjoy the “promotional” offers of vinefire.com. The attraction of the site was the potential earnings promised $50 just for signing and more earnings just putting your links, clicking on the adverts and referring friends . Though it was very clear that Vinefire.com states that they are on “beta”, on experiment and would pay their members on the year 2010. This was not a deterrent to a mob hungry on earning an income , promoting their products and services A lot of questions prompt up , blogs about the site was brought in favor or not and a lot would say that they were satisfied because many webmasters said , they had produced income from the referrals they got. I agree with the many members . I also had produced some of my downlines and even earn a little .
But the time had come to face reality and Vinefire.com had spoken . “After the hyped” this are the facts ;
Vinefire plan planned to be acquired by a larger company. Their projection was to sell the site for millions of dollars , where they will get the payment for the members. They foresee that Vinefire.com is growing rapidly and as it grows the value would be a larger asset for a large company. That is why they set the original payout to January 31, 2010, they expect that given that time frame Vinefire.com is ready for sale. So it is not a ‘scam”, unless they do not pay and disappear.
Vinefire is on talks with a company that would like to purchase the site. But still it has to prove its worth , it is still small company so the company X they call it , have to wait for Vinefire to grow. So it is more clearer now members asking “when will i be paid” . It depends on the members loyalty to the site , their active participation and continous referral for the growth of company . The more participation the earlier Vinefire.com can achieved his goal.

i agree with one of vinefire's members for saying that who would wanna buy a site that's full of garbage in the first place. i already declared vf a scam and i won't take back what i said. wealthtoolbox was a complete failure, and so is vinefire.
